The last stollen of the year have been baked.

Today we baked the last stollen for this season. Tomorrow they'll be sugared and stored so they can "ripen" until Christmas. A big THANK YOU to our hardworking bakers who have been making our delicious stollen since the beginning of October. I'll miss the enticing aroma in our bakery when the stollen comes out of the oven. I guess I'll have to console myself with the smell of cookies, because we'll be baking quite a few more of our delicious cookies before Christmas.
